Eight processes of skid-mounted gas station unloading operation
The unloading operation is the most stringent issue in the daily work of skid-mounted gas stations, which is mainly closely related to its safety level. When unloading, the danger is also very large due to the relatively large amount of oil. During the unloading operation, other operations are strictly prohibited. We will explain the specific issues of unloading from the process point of view.
1. Oil dischargers should wear anti-static work clothes and shoes when they are on duty;
2. After the tanker truck enters the station, the unloading personnel should check whether the safety facilities of the tanker truck are complete and effective. After passing the inspection, guide the tanker truck to the unloading site and connect the static grounding;
3. After the tanker is turned off and left to stand for 3 minutes, the oil unloader connects the oil discharge pipe according to the process, tightly joints the joints, and keeps the oil discharge pipe naturally bent;
4. The meterer should check the metering hole of the fuel tank. After confirming that the metering hole is well sealed, the driver of the tanker slowly opens the dump valve to discharge the oil;
5. After the oil is unloaded, the driver of the tanker truck should close the unloading valve;
6. The unloader disassembles the connecting pipeline, covers the oil cap tightly, and arranges the electrostatic wires;
7. The unloader guides the tanker to start and leave the station, and cleans the unloading site;
8. During the unloading process, the unloading personnel and the driver of the tanker truck should not stay away from the scene, and the unloading operation should not be performed during a thunderstorm.
